US Luxeon, Shenzhen Zarva form partnership

Luxeon USA Corp, a leading projector producer, has signed an agreement with Shenzhen-listed Zarva Technology (Group) Co Ltd to form a strategic partnership.
Under the pact, Zarva will become a national agent for marketing Luxeon's products in China.
"Cooperation with Zarva is vital if Luxeon is to become a market leader in China in 2004," said a senior executive with the US company.
